    In December 2021, I was told by my doctor that what I had been experiencing in the last few years was peri menopause. Depression, mood swings, weight gain, etc are things that I’ve been able to deal with, but not the hot flashes. The hot flashes caused me to not be able to sleep at night, as I would wake up every hour with the sensation of being hot and my bed would be soaking wet. During the day I couldn’t function either, as the hot flashes hit me numerous times in the course of the day. I was reluctant to take prescription medication. I came across the HUM website on my google search and found this product on it. I found that a lot of the ingredients in HUM Fan Club, were the same ingredients that I found in my numerous searches for ways to alleviate hot flashes. I decided to order HUM Fan Club and I’m glad I did. I HIGHLY recommend anyone experiencing hot flashes or peri menopausal symptoms to try this. The first day that I took HUM Fan Club, I noticed quite a change in the reduction of hot flashes. It’s been a week since I first started taking the HUM Fan Club and I can say that my hot flashes have become close to nonexistent. Thank you to the makers of this product! It’s been a life saver! I plan on ordering more and trying HUMs other products. For anyone going through peri menopause- I highly recommend this product.

    I rarely write reviews. But this truly changed my daily life. I am in peri-menopause and was having more than 5 hot flashes a day for months. I reluctantly tried Hum, and within a week, the hot flashes disappeared entirely. My quality of life has improved drastically.

    Complimentary from HUM Nutrition in exchange for my honest opinion. I wanted to take these because even though I am not going through "natural" menopause, I suffer with a lot of the same symptoms due to a recent surgery which sent my hormones & body into a tailspun. I wanted to see if it could help my heart palpitations, mood swings, restlessness, and sleeplessness. I took as directed for two full weeks so far. After about a week I noticed improvement in my moods & restlessness. My racing heart is a LITTLE better, but I'm hoping it improves more to make this worth it for me to purchase on my own.

    I was surprised at how quickly this helped my symptoms. It said it could take a month to feel a difference and I noticed a huge change in especially how much I sweat during the day after just taking 1 pill! I am usually drenched in sweat, constantly wiping it off my face and literally the first day I noticed that I wasn’t constantly wiping sweat off my face! I’m a believer for sure and will be ordering more when this gets low. This was gifted by HUM Nutrition.
